I was reading John C. Maxwell's book called The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader: Becoming a Person Others Will Want to Follow and in one of the chapters, Maxwell recounts the story of Michelangelo's painting of the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. It took him 4-years to paint the ceiling and Michelangelo's eyesight was never the same after the project was done.
